Altruda's is by far the best Italian food in Knoxville. The service can not be beaten by anyone in town. Paul Meyer really makes you feel like part of the family. He will also prepare special items that are not even on the menu. The Shrimp Dill is the most amazing thing I have ever tasted! They also make wonderful Frozen Margaritas! Definately worth your time to go by and try it out, you will be a customer for life!
